Translate Morse code from text, images or audio
Enter English letters, numbers or supported punctuation to generate Morse code, or paste dots and dashes to decode them. For example, SOS becomes ... --- .... Separate characters with spaces and words with /. You can swap the text and Morse panels; the page remembers their order.
- Images: read dots and dashes from a picture. Clear symbols and good contrast help recognition.
- Audio: analyse long and short tones and pauses in WAV, MP3 and other audio your browser can decode. Clean signals with a steady rhythm work best; you can edit the result.
- Text files: extract Morse sequences from TXT, Markdown, CSV and LOG files. Word and PDF documents are not parsed directly.

Frequently asked questions
Which characters can I encode?
The tool uses international Morse mappings for A–Z, 0–9 and the listed punctuation. It does not convert Chinese characters into Chinese telegraph codes or generate playable signals for every writing system.
Why was my recording or picture not decoded?
Background music, noise, overlapping tones and blurry symbols can interfere with recognition. Audio decoding reads Morse tones, not spoken words. Use the audio cutter to isolate a clear segment, or use image OCR for ordinary printed text.
Where are files processed?
Conversion and recognition run in your browser. Image recognition loads its OCR models on first use.
